Meet Jenny

Jenny Toole is an executive coach, culture creator and HR leader. She has 15 years of experience working with executives, teams and companies to reach their full potential and achieve their desired results. Jenny is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions. She is an excellent communicator and has a track record of successful team building. She is also highly proficient in conflict resolution. Jenny is knowledgeable in a variety of areas including leadership development, workplace culture, and all things HR. She is known for her ability to build relationships, influence others, and drive results.

Jenny is a strong believer in the power of communication and relationships, and she works hard to help others develop the skills they need to be successful in both their personal and professional lives.

Jenny graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds her Certified Executive Coach Certificate from the Center for Executive Coaching.
