Meet Jenny Toole

Throughout her career in HR and organizational leadership, Jenny Toole saw the same challenge play out again and again when organizations promoted smart, capable people into management roles and expected them to already know how to lead.

But being a great individual contributor doesn't automatically make someone a great manager. Suddenly, people who had been rewarded for their expertise were expected to give feedback, navigate conflict, build trust, hold others accountable, communicate through change and develop the people around them. Too often, they were given a title and a handbook but no the practical support to make the transition successfully.

That experience became the foundation for Fresh Eyes Consulting.

Jenny believes leadership development should be practical, human and connected to the real situations managers face every day. Her programs help emerging and experienced leaders build the confidence, self-awareness and skills to handle the moments that matter, from difficult conversations and performance issues to communication, accountability and team development.
